When you are handed your bundle of joy, you will no doubt have decided whether you want to breast feed or bottle feed. But life is not always that simple and things can be a little trickier than you first expected. You may want to breastfeed but might be finding it too painful or perhaps you have a medical condition which is preventing you from breast feeding. You might want to formula feed but you’re feeling pressure to breast feed. Whatever the issue, this section provides support for your breast and bottle feeding related issues. This includes questions on sore or cracked nipples, pressure to breast feed, information about your baby feeding enough, difficulty expressing, combination feeding, difficulties breastfeeding or if you are finding it hard switching to bottle feeding.
