Can't lose my baby weight!

I thought that when I had my baby, my body would go back to my old shape after a few months. But it's been 6 months now and I'm still two stone overweight. I've stopped breastfeeding now and I'm trying not to eat too much but I still have a big belly and look pregnant, especially under my belly button, it's really flabby and I know that's hard to get that bit toned. How did other mums get rid of their baby belly ?

I've always found jogging helps, luckily I live near a park so I get up before the kids and go for a solid 30 mins. You have to jog or run quite fast though, really get your heart pumping! It's much more effective than walking at a slow pace for a couple of hours, if your heart rate doesn't go up then it's not worth it!

Just remember to stretch first ! 

Zumba is the best exercise ever !! I absolutely love it, the music and atmosphere and the tempo. I often end up losing my coordination, but that just makes it more fun!!
